The Budget & Treasury Officer serves as a thought partner and critical thinker to the Finance Director and executive leadership, providing analytical insight and professional expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cash and investment management, debt administration, and policy development. The position directly supervises a Budget Analyst and a Senior Financial Analyst, who leads day-to-day treasury and revenue activities and a small administrative team.
