IMPORTANT DEADLINES
You must submit an .eps or vector-based logo to CSMFO at events@staff.csmfo.org by December 20, 2024.
Specifications are on the following page. After registration and submittal of your logo, it may take up to a week for the website to reflect all changes.
- December 20, 2024 – Online exhibitor registrations ends. Registrations received after this day may not be included in any printed conference documents or included in the Mobile app.
- January 13, 2025 – Payments must be received by CSMFO to avoid a $250 late fee.
- January 13, 2025 – No refunds after this date.
- January 31, 2025 - CSMFO Conference Magazine Ad must be submitted
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
All refunds and cancellations of exhibitor booth fees and sponsorships must be in writing to CSMFO by Monday, January 13, 2025. Cancellations will be refunded until this date, less a 25% administrative fee. There will be no refunds after this date.
ONLINE SPONSOR REGISTRATION
Sponsorship registration (with payment by Visa, MasterCard or Check) begins on Monday, September 30, 2024 and is only available online. If mailing a payment, it must be received by January 13, 2025 to avoid a $250 late fee.

If payment is not received in the CSMFO office prior to the opening of the 2025 Annual Conference, we will ask that an attending exhibitor pay onsite via credit card including the additional $250 late fee.
