The CSMFO mentorship program seeks to assist government finance professionals who aspire to advance their careers by fostering professional relationships. Through innovation and collaboration, finance professionals can develop and expand leadership skills, build confidence, and provide leaders an opportunity to give back to their profession.

Working together, with resources provided by CSMFO, mentors and mentees coordinate meetings to attain desired goals.

The program runs from April through December, although mentor/mentee connections may continue well beyond the program duration at the discretion of the mentor and mentee.

Eligibility

This program is available to active CSMFO members.

Program Cost

There is no additional cost to participate in the mentorship program. It is a membership benefit of CSMFO.
