Exhibitor and sponsor registration opens Monday, September 29th at 9:00 am PDT. We recommend viewing the prospectus in advance to view the different sponsorship levels available to our commercial partners. Opportunities, benefits, and initial conference information are included for your review.

Please note that some sponsorship levels offer branding opportunities which are limited and exclusive to that specific level. Once you have chosen your level, you are given the option to choose a specific branding opportunity. However, act quickly since once an option is chosen it is no longer available since they will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis during online registration! This is the only way to reserve sponsorship items and we recommend acting fast so you do not miss out!

We encourage sponsors to pay by ACH this year (available through online registration). If you require payment by check instead, please reach out to the CSMFO staff team for assistance.

Items to note:

· While we no longer offer a non-exhibitor option, companies have the opportunity to select the Silver level and forego a tabletop, while still receiving attendee and marketing benefits.

· Be sure to view the schedule to note special events that take place in the Exhibit Hall! Wednesday evening following the Exhibit Hall reception is a great time to entertain guests as no other activities are scheduled.

· Wednesday Exhibit Hall reception passes are also available! For Gold levels and up, you will have the opportunity to include two additional colleagues for this event.
