This course provides valuable and in-depth investment accounting training.  The course covers the major concepts that impact how governments account for investments, as well as the financial reporting requirements under current GASB pronouncements.  The two-day class also includes investment terminology, types of investment vehicles, and a discussion of internal controls surrounding investment transactions.  This is a not-to-be-missed nuts-and-bolts course that will help you dive into everything you ever wanted to know about accounting for investments!
