This session invites participants to reflect on where they can reclaim control in their professional and personal lives and practice small, intentional shifts that make a big impact. Participants will explore how cultivating agency can reduce stress and create greater clarity, influence, and resilience at work. Speaker(s) BioLynn Levis is a leadership coach and consultant with more than 20 years of experience spanning adult education, human resources, and leadership development. She specializes in designing learning experiences that foster authentic growth and meaningful change. Combining strategic insight with a deep understanding of human and organizational behavior, Lynn helps leaders and teams navigate complexity with clarity and renewed purpose. As Lead Facilitator for the Conscious Leadership Academy at the University of San Diego and an instructor in USD’s Leadership Coaching Certificate Program, she guides aspiring coaches to deepen their self-awareness and empathy—skills that spark transformation in themselves and others. Lynn is also Co-Founder of Moms Rising, a movement supporting working mothers in reclaiming their agency, amplifying their voices, and building community as they lead lives of intention and balance.
