This course covers various aspects of the issuance of debt ranging from what you need to do before contemplating the issuance of debt, to the role and responsibilities of your organization, to who are the various players in the debt issuance process.  You will learn about various types of debt and debt structures and what your responsibilities will be once the deal has closed and everyone else goes away.

The course will cover these topics:

• What Needs to be in Place Before you Begin
• Understanding Roles and Responsibilities for Issuing Debt
• The Various Types of Debt
• Before, During and After the Sale
• Your Responsibilities After the Sale

This class is limited to 60 participants.  Advance registration is required for this class.

This course will be delivered in two sessions:

Session One:  Tuesday, April 8, 2026, 8:30 am - 11:30 am

Session Two:  Wednesday, April 9, 2026, 8:30 am - 11:30 am

Continuing Professional Education:  Attendees earn 6 hours of CPE Credit (Technical) by attending all sessions.  Attendees must attend all sessions to obtain CPE credit.
