The City of Compton welcomes qualified proposals for Labor Costing Platform Services that will assist in the advance goals and policies set forth by the Mayor and Council. The City of Compton solicits Requests for Proposals from interested parties to provide expertise and professional services in developing a city-wide labor costing platform that will provide an augmented functionality, including the capability to run simultaneous cost analyses across various bargaining units and superimpose them over broad employee costs over a lengthy time span. The proposer must comply with Federal, State and Local regulations and laws.
