Tito Ibarrola, CTP, AAP joined BMO legacy Bank of the West as Director, Sr Lead Govt Relationship Manager. He comes with over 25 years of Government Banking experience previously with East West Bank combined with 16 years at MUFG Union Bank, N.A. Tito is a specialist in higher education, local government including counties, cities, municipalities, special districts and Native American market. In addition, Tito has over 14 years of experience in higher education where he was previously the Budget and Cash Manager for California State University, Los Angeles. In that capacity, he was responsible for managing budget administration, student aid accounting, and cash management. Tito received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major concentration in Accounting from Colorado State University.
