Contributor as department director with oversight of finance, human capital management, planning and management of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (outsourced ‘Software-as-a-service’ [SaaS] and on-premise), purchasing (development of SOWs, RFIs, IFBs, RFPs and close-outs or carry-forward of encumbrances) and contract /grant /MOU management, debt issuance /management / reporting, Redevelopment Successor Agency administration, cash management, budgeting, and position management.
