Currently Managing the bond financing teams (UW, MA, BC, etc.) for City of Placentia pension bonds; Public Safety lease revenue bonds; EIFD Tax Increment revenue bonds; gas tax refunding; Successor Agency/City COP refunding. Played a lead role in the City obtaining an Issuer ratings upgrade to A- from a BBB rating. In addition, created the City's new Fire Department development services user fee schedule and currently updating the Citywide fee schedule.

Oct 30, 2020 Update: City of Placentia $53 mil Pension Lease Revenue Bonds sold yesterday at All-In TIC of 4.2% and savings of $14 mil over the term of the bonds. Proceeds used to pay off City's Unfunded Liability with CalPERS. S&P upgraded the City's LRB ratings to BBB+ and assigned the City an issuer rating of A-. First time in Calif history that Pension LRBs backed by pledge of City parks and with a BBB+ bond rating have been sold. Contact me for details.
