Education/Experience
With a bachelor's degree in economics and statistics and a master's in accounting, I manage the multi-entity financial operations for MPA, including audit coordination, budget development, and the launch and administration of our captive program. I work closely with our 21 member cities and with state regulators in California and Utah to ensure compliance and financial stability. Alongside these responsibilities, I am actively pursuing CPA licensure.
