Staying Connected with CSMFO in 2024

Welcome to the new year! During the December 19, 2023 board meeting, the CSMFO Board approved the 2024 board meeting schedule as follows:

  • January 18, 2024 – virtual
  • February 2, 2024 – in person during the annual conference
  • February 15, 2024 – virtual
  • March 21, 2024 – virtual
  • April 17, 2024 – in person at South San Francisco
  • May 16, 2024 – virtual
  • June 20, 2024 – virtual
  • July 18, 2024 – virtual
  • August 14, 2024 – in person location to be determined
  • September 19, 2024 – virtual
  • October 17, 2024 – virtual or in person with location to be determined
  • November 21, 2024 – virtual
  • December 19, 2024 – virtual
Board meetings typically start at 1:00pm and end at 4:00pm. Like government agencies, agenda items include organizational agreements, contract services, budget appropriations, financial reports, and minutes from previous meetings. The approval of these items provides ongoing member benefits such as training sessions while also promoting fiscal transparency and encouraging open member communication. In addition, each of the 11 CSMFO Committees presents an update on initiatives and the 20 CSMFO Chapters also discuss their member engagement events. We welcome you to attend meetings, which will be noted on the master events calendar each month, and stay up to date on member benefits by visiting the CSMFO website.
