Dennis is the Assistant City Manager/Chief Financial Officer for the City of Roseville, California, and a CPA with 28 years of experience in government accounting and financial management. Recorded during the 2025 CSMFO Annual Conference, Dennis shares his passion for the Program Committee and his many other volunteer roles in the field of public finance throughout California and the nation.
