The CSMFO Podcast is back for a second season, brought to you by the CSMFO Communications Committee and Executive Producer and CSMFO Past President, Rich Lee. Through this endeavor, CSMFO aims to bring you an inside look at CSMFO as well as the public finance profession throughout California.

Host Rich Lee kicks off Season 2, Episode 1 with local government attorney and California’s leading expert on the law of local government revenues, Michael Colantuono. Michael shares his legal expertise on municipal revenues, memorable cases that he has argued in the Courts of Appeal and State Supreme Court, and recent opinions on franchise fee cases and impact fees.
