We are grateful to the 150 members who took the time to share their thoughts and insights through the 2025 CSMFO Member Value Survey. With a response rate of 6%, we surpassed the industry average at 3-5% and gathered valuable feedback that will guide us in strengthening the value of your membership.

The survey provided invaluable feedback on areas of satisfaction & engagement, popular benefits, participation and areas you would like to see more of! The overall satisfaction response with CSMFO is overwhelmingly positive, with 85.34% reporting they are “satisfied” or “very satisfied. Your feedback will be reviewed to identify areas for improvement and ways CSMFO can develop upon.

As a thank you for completing the survey, all respondents had the opportunity to enter a drawing for one of five $40 gift cards. We're excited to announce the winners:
