Annual Conference Hotel Room BlocksRoom blocks are available at four properties in Palm Springs- The Renaissance, Courtyard, Hilton, and Riviera. Rates are listed below as well as additional information for each property. The booking links will be included in your conference registration confirmation email. Hotel booking opens with conference registration on October 13th. We recommend booking early as rooms within our block tend to sell out. Note: Hotel room nights must be reserved under the name of the individual attending the conference. CSMFO retains the right to verify that hotel room bookings correspond with conference registrations. If a discrepancy is identified between a room reservation and a registration, a CSMFO staff member may contact you to resolve the issue.  Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel(Connected to the Convention Center) 888 Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs, CA 92262 Sold Out. Limited rooms are available depending on the nights needed. Rooms may become available as cancellations occur. We recommend checking back if your requested dates are not currently available Connected to the Palm Springs Convention Center, the Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel offers spacious accommodation, three pools, a fitness center, and several dining options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In addition, within walking distance are several popular restaurants featuring Palm Springs cuisine, including Lulu California Bistro, Farm, Tac/Quila, and Birba. Wi-fi is complimentary in all sleeping rooms. Special CSMFO room rates: Cancellation Policy: All reservations must be accompanied by a first room night deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled arrival date will be charged for one night room and tax via the secure form of payment that was provided and all subsequent nights will be cancelled automatically without additional charge. An early departure fee will be charged to any guest who checks out of the hotel before their stated departure date. An early departure fee of $75 will be charged for reservations changed after check in. Parking: Self-parking is available for $25, which is the prevailing rate and is subject to change. Reservation cut-off date: February 2, 2026  Hilton Palm Springs(.4 miles from the Convention Center) 400 E Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs, CA 92262 Hilton Palm Springs is located just two blocks from the Palm Springs Convention Center and steps from downtown shops, restaurants, and galleries. Amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, a complimentary airport shuttle, and pet-friendly rooms. Guests can walk to vibrant local restaurants such as Workshop Kitchen + Bar, Cheeky’s, and Johannes, in addition to many popular nightlife locations. Special CSMFO room rates: Cancellation policy: All reservations must be accompanied by a first room night deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. To avoid one night room and tax charge, reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival. No shows will also be charged first night room revenue. An early departure fee will be charged to any guest who checks out of the hotel before their stated departure date. Guests will have the opportunity to change their departure date at check-in without penalty. Any changes resulting in early departure after check-in will result in the early departure fee being assessed. Parking: Self-parking is available for $30, which is the prevailing rate and is subject to change. Reservation cut-off date: January 23, 2026  Courtyard Palm Springs(.6 miles from the Convention Center) 1300 Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs, CA 92262 Courtyard Palm Springs offers modern comfort in a relaxed desert setting just a 13-minute walk from the Palm Springs Convention Center. Amenities include a 24-hour fitness center and an outdoor heated pool. The hotel is also close to popular local dining spots such as El Mirasol for authentic Mexican cuisine, Bill’s Pizza for casual fare, and Spencer’s Restaurant for an upscale dining experience. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the hotel. Reservation cut-off date: January 30, 2026  Riviera Resort & Spa Palm SPrings(1.7 miles from the Convention Center) 1600 N Indian Canyon Dr, Palm Springs, CA 92262 With its roots in Palm Springs history and the Golden Age of Hollywood, the distinctively modern Riviera Resort & Spa marries the glamour of eras past with contemporary fun and functionality. Features include two pools, outdoor
fire pits, fitness center, five restaurant/bar areas and venues, Desert Café & Mercantile, and a convenient location close to the Palm Springs International Airport and Uptown Palm Springs shopping and activities. Special CSMFO room rates: Cancellation Policy: All ‘no show’ reservations will be billed to each individual’s credit card or master account. The cancellation of guaranteed reservations must be received seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a charge equal to 100% of estimated room rate and applicable taxes. No show reservations are cancelled at 12am on the night of expected arrival and will not be held further unless the hotel is contacted and informed of a delayed arrival. At check in, each guest will have the opportunity to reconfirm his/her departure date. Any guest departing prior to that date will be assessed a charge of 100% of the rate for each night including taxes and fees if the guest is departing early.
